Windscreen rubber replacement
At the Mylor meet, it was mentioned that Tallack Windscreens in Penryn were a good source for rubbers for the Catalac windows.

I have not tried to contact them, but they seem to have a telephone number you can find on Google.
If its a dead end as far as we Catamarans are concerned, let me know and I will delete this note from the forum!.
Seals direct http://www.sealsdirect.co.uk/ seem to have lots of seals available, but I would not know which one you think is best.
Scubacat has different windows (perspex glued and screwed down) from the rest of the fleet!.

I wonder if any one has had new windows fitted to an 8m Catalac recently or know of a manufacturer on the south coast and what sort of draining on the bank account this is likely to have ! Bob

New windows are expensive.  I had some made for my wheel house and the quotes were all roughly the same, around £1100.  If the aluminium frames are good and just the leaks coming from between glass and frame they can normally be rebuilt and the glass fitted in with arbomast butyl sealant.  I've done most of mine quite a few years ago and they are still sound.

The multihull centre at Plymouth should be able to help.

We changed all the 16 windows in Dragonslayer at a cost of £6,000 for the materials alone.     Expensive but very effective in creating a totally dry boat.     We also used seals to bed the frames onto which were supped by Seal Direct who we found to be very efficient and helpful.     They will post you a catalogue of all the different shapes should you request one.
