Great to see that you have accessed our site. I hope you can make good use of it. If you sign in and move your pin from Christchurch to your current location and click on the floppy disc logo to fix it, you can also find a message box left of the message flags. If you put your mobile phone number into the box and any other message you may wish to upload, it will be visible against your pin, provided you click the save box next to the flags, which will be your message in flags. how cool is that. Whilst on maps have a look at the satellite image or the chart for the area.
Great to hear from you so early in the season. The weather here is typically spring but warmer than usual. We hope to get Dragonslayer out before the end of April.
We look forward to hearing about any other cats you make friends with. Dagnall & James have really simplified the sign up procedure but it would be good if we could get some text numbers so that we can deal with anything that goes astray.
Stay safe and get the most out of your time afloat.
Now in water for a couple of months. Replacing steering cables, good tensioning and lubricating around pulleys has hugely improved steering and removed the backlash. Ra Gallivanter
Thanks Achillea .I am just replacing steering cables so I will be lubricating everything which maybe will help. I like the idea of a bit bigger diameter pulleys. That's a bit too much now as I have 1 week to get in the water so maybe next year.
Currently in Elkins boatyard Christchurch, cleaning and getting ready to anti foul. We are also members of Christchurch SC. which does lovely snack meals and a bar for your drinks, Drop in some time ! Bob & Ann
